The most notable indications that Obama is the man for the job is his past voting record. I am Republican but i choose to vote based on the facts of the past.

especially because of health care, he will fair better under Obama. the $5k of McCain's is horrible!

watching the debates still affect me as it confirms my opinion of Obama by seeing consistancy in his demeanor

i have always agreed with Obama's past voting record, but seeing him in the debates as a real diplomat confirms my support.

it is noteable that Palin does not agree with sex education...look how that turned out with her own daughter!

What alarms me is that Palin is against abortion even in the case of incest or rape. that is WAY too invasive of women's rights and too much interference of religion in politics.

Obama addressed needs to invest in our future with education and renewable resourses, we do need to reduce spending, but not a total freeze

if you look at , it will provide past voting records of Obama and McCain. Notable is that Obama/Biden, CONSISTANTLY voted for all matters involving funding for education, health care, and renewable resource energy subsidies. McCain consistantly voted NO on these issues.

Obama addressed McCain's attacks in clear, precise language. Obama's plans on the education, health care and alternative energy were great!
